Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The validity, interpretation, construction, and performance of these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration in Indianapolis, Indiana under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
